We’re going to start with some guided journaling and visualization exercises so that our vision boards aren’t just pretty collages, but actual tools to help us manifest our dream lives this year. We are going to get specific and focus on what actions you are going to take - and that’s what you’ll put on your vision board!
Everything you need is included, along with a freepFriem drink of your choice (non-alcoholic options too!). You are invited to bring along personal images or keepsakes.
